On January 21, 2011, the results of the Counting chamber of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the order of the government of the Russian Federation of 2005 on the transfer of the Russian Orthodox Church real estate objects in the village of Diveevo, Nizhny Novgorod region.
"As of December 1, 2010, out of 37 real estate objects property included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of the federal values of the village of Diveevo, 26 objects were transferred. 11 real estate objects are occupied by state or municipal unitary enterprises and institutions, in two of them, 20 families live under social tenancy agreements, 11 apartments privatized and are privately owned by citizens," the information department of the Accounts Chamber.
Since these citizens and institutions require to provide new premises, the transfer of buildings is delayed.
The Accounts Chamber revealed a number of violations: an inventory of objects was not carried out cultural heritage; the plan for the transfer of real estate to the Serafimo-Diveevsky Monastery has not been formed property of religious purpose, owned by the right of economic conducting or operational management of the state and municipal unitary enterprises and institutions; a plan for the transfer of residential premises has not been developed state housing stock.
