The court found the Ichkeria-info website extremist

On January 24, 2011, the Ulyanovsk Region Prosecutor's Office reported that the court recognized the site "Ichkeria-info" (ichkeria.info) as extremist and ordered the provider Simbirsk Telecommunication Systems LLC block access to it access.

Recall that in July 2010, the Zasviyazhsky District Court passed a sentence under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national and religious hatred) 46-year-old resident of the regional center Sergei Kryukov and fined him 100 thousand rubles. Reason for litigation the proceedings were the articles of the journalist.

In this regard, the prosecutor of the Zasviyazhsky district of Ulyanovsk applied to the court for the recognition of the site ichkeria.info extremist, which was fully satisfied.
