Severodvinets is accused of inciting national and religious hatred

In January 2011, investigators bodies of the Arkhangelsk region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug initiated criminal case on inciting national and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The case was initiated against a 47-year-old from Severodvinsk, whom accused of posting on the Internet two xenophobic video.

According to the investigation, they “ represent information aimed at inciting national and religious hostility towards one of the ethnic groups, humiliating characteristics, negative emotional assessments and negative attitudes towards her.
