In response to a citizen’s appeal, the prosecutor’s office is checking the legality of prayer meetings of Voronezh Muslims

January 21, 2011 during the Friday prayer in prayer the building of the Muslims of Voronezh, senior assistant prosecutor Tatyana came without warning Chernyshov, accompanied by a police officer.

According to the correspondent of Portal-Credo.Ru, the prosecutor's office of the Kominternovsky district of Voronezh is conducting verification in response to the appeal of a citizen who doubted the legality of holding divine services in a non-residential premises rented by the Muslim community.

The local religious organization of Muslims in Voronezh believes verification that is contrary to the norms of the current legislation.
