In Samara, the prosecutor again demands to limit access to extremist sites
1 February 2011, the prosecutor of the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Samara announced that she sent claims to the court against the Internet providers of TechMash LLC, Samtelecom LLC, Intertelecom.ru LLC, Samara-Transtelecom CJSC, CJSC "ER-Telecom Company" on restricting access to Internet sites included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials .

Violations were identified by the district prosecutor's office together with a specialist from the Center for Countermeasures extremism of the KM GUVD in the Samara region. The claims are on consideration.
It should be reminded that in December 2010 the prosecutor's office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Samara had already applied to the court with similar demands.
Note that L. Ron Hubbard's book, in our opinion, is illegally prohibited. We do not dispute the legitimacy of the ban on other materials, but there are certain problems with the requirement to block access to the entire site due to the fact that it contains one prohibited material, and these problems do not yet have ideal solution - both legally and technically feasibility.
