In Tyumen, the case of posting xenophobic materials on the VKontakte network was brought to court

On February 3, 2011, the prosecutor's office of the Tyumen region announced that it had sent to the Kalininsky District Court of the city of Tyumen, a criminal case against 45-year-old Sergei Golosov, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity committed with the use of the media).

Recall that the head of the regional branch of the banned “Slavic Union” S. Golosov is accused in what he posted in 2009 on his page on the VKontakte network fragments of the film "The Eternal Jew", included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (item 5), as well as four anti-Semitic and anti-Caucasian articles.
