On February 4, 2011, the " Federal List of Extremist Materials " was again updated, which is published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Russia. It has been added pp. 764-765. The list was supplemented by a xenophobic article from the newspaper Lazarevskaya panorama” and a brochure by Pyotr Khomyakov.
Thus, the list today consists of 765 items, 4 positions "zeroed out" (materials are excluded with preservation of numbering); 32 positions are it is unlawful, because decisions to recognize materials as extremist canceled by the higher courts and no other decisions have been made to date was; 49 positions duplicate each other. Article “Let's go to the polls. Yes! No... Why don't I go to the polls?", published in the weekly infotainment newspaper Lazarevskaya panorama" No. 2 (15) dated March 01, 2008, authored by Atamanchuk Vladimir Leonidovich (decision of Lazarevsky district court of the city of Sochi dated 04.10.2010). Recall that for the publication of this article, the court found V. Atamanchuk guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred). At the same time, he was found guilty for publishing of the same article on December 25, 2009 in the Sochi-Different View newspaper .
