As it became known on February 4, 2011, on December 27, 2010 the Supreme Court Mordovia recognized as extremist and banned the organization "Noble Order Devil."
Earlier, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Saransk recognized guilty of committing a number of criminal offenses not related to extremism, Denis Danshin and Alexander Kazakov, who, according to the court, committed their crimes within the framework of the activities of the satanic sect "Noble Order Devil."
At the same time, certain charges of extremism, but they were not included in the verdict.
We have not read the decision to ban this organization, but it legitimacy raises serious doubts, since the reasons for which it was recognized as extremist. No matter how serious the crimes, committed by its members (and according to human rights activists, the case against them was falsified, and numerous violations were committed during the investigation), they do not fall under the definition of extremism.
Moreover, it seems pointless to ban organization that has virtually ceased to exist.
