February 8, 2011 to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Kaliningrad region, a statement was received by journalist Maxim Makarov directed against the owner of the advertising service "Region 39" Boris Obraztsov.
According to M. Makarov, B. Obraztsov's commentary to the article on the dress code, in which clerics and laity of the Russian Orthodox Church are mentioned, "is aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a group of persons on the basis of attitudes towards religion committed with the use of mass media and official position”, that is, it contains signs of a crime, provided for by Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The commentary was published on January 21, 2011 on the fourth page of the "VIP" supplement to the weekly newspaper "Far Far Away Region - Kaliningrad" and contained, among other things, the following words: "Religion is a combination of suckers who are being bred and scum who are at the head of any religious organization."
