"Slavic Union" is finally banned

In February 2011, the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considered case on the recognition of the ultra-right organization "Slavic Union" as extremist Dmitry Demushkin. The judges found no arguments against the ban on the organization and upheld the decision of the Moscow City Court of April 27, 2010.

Dmitry Demushkin did not agree with the decision of the court and stated that intends to file a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights.
