Karelia: another criminal case has been opened regarding the distribution of xenophobic leaflets

In February 2011 in the city of Kostomuksha Republic of Karelia, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

The case was started upon the appearance in city ​​of xenophobic leaflets that were found on the front door post office and at the entrance of a residential building.

So far no one has been arrested in the case.

Let us recall that in February of this year a criminal case was already initiated in Karelia on the distribution of xenophobic leaflets: a few days earlier, . a resident of the city of Pudozh was charged with inciting ethnic hatred
