In early February 2011, the Kirovsky District Court of the Samara region, sentenced Bronislav Prishchepa (born 1991), participant attacks on a citizen of Kyrgyzstan on April 13, 2009.
Earlier on April 22, 2010, for the same crime, the Kirov District Nikita Vorobyov (born in 1992) and Vladislav Musharapov (born in 1992) were convicted by the Samara Region Court of B. Prishchepa's accomplices. Their case went to court on March 22, 2010. The verdict entered into force on May 5, 2010.
