The investigation into the case of two xenophobic propagandists has been completed

February 24, 2011 UPC RF for the Arkhangelsk region and Nenets Autonomous Okrug was informed about that the investigation of the criminal case against the 28-year-old Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region of Mikhail Osipov and a 24-year-old handyman Kirill Zhukov.

The indictment was approved under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred committed publicly using the media).

Recall that M. Osipov from November 2007 to January 2010 was the administrator one of the internet forums. He is not prevented the publication of xenophobic statements there and posted xenophobic information: photographic materials, links to films and videos. K. Zhukov from December 2008 to October 2009 also posted " extremist materials " on the website.
