February 24, 2011 Vorkutinskiy City Court Declares Extremist Materials Found During Investigation criminal case   in relation to the residents of Vorkuta Artem Kazbanov and Anatoly Zarnitsyn.

• "For the Russian cause" (No. 2 (94) / 2002).

• "Russian sword" (No. 8/2007).

• "National Doctrine" (No. 1/2006).

• "Russian Front" (No. 5 (29) / 2006). Recall that one of the issues of the newspaper "Russian Front, Bulletin of the Amur Branch of the RNE" has already been recognized as extremist materials and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials . (P. 414).

• "Aryan" (No. 2 (27) / 2005). *Recall that several articles from the issues of the newspaper "Ariyets" have already been recognized as extremist materials and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (clause 404, 405).

Experts recognized these materials as extremist. The prosecutor's office went to court application, which was granted by the court in full.

Recall that A. Kazbanov, the accused under part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for the implementation of extremist activities), part 1 of article 282 (incitement of national hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity), part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted organization of an extremist community) was convicted.
