The governor of the Pskov region donated 52 thousand rubles for the construction of the temple, earning them at a “pancake” auction

March 3, 2011 as part of the celebration Maslenitsa in Pskov, a "pancake auction" was held, all proceeds from which will go to construction of the city church of St. Sofia.

Baked by the governor of Pskov region, pancakes were sold for 52,000 rubles, Vyacheslav Butusov - for 19,500, Ivan Krasko - for 8,500.
