Chuvashia: a case of posting an extremist film on the Internet has been brought to court

In March 2011, in the city of Cheboksary, the Republic of Chuvashia, completed the investigation of the criminal case on inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A 57-year-old local will soon be in the dock resident who is accused of posting on the Internet a xenophobic film to the Federal List of Extremist Materials . Unfortunately, which the movie in question was not reported.

The case has already been transferred to the Leninsky District Court of the city of Cheboksary for consideration on the merits.
