Believers held a picket in Moscow against the introduction of a universal electronic card

March 9, 2011 in front of the Moscow City Duma, where the draft law "On the universal electronic card" was discussed, picket opponents of the introduction of this card. The protesters were about hundreds of people, many of whom held candles and icons in their hands and sang prayers.

According to Interfax-Religion, the previous picket against the universal e-card passed a week earlier.
