On March 23, 2011, Interfax reported on another picket against the construction of a mosque in Kaliningrad.
The organizers of the picket assure that the permit for the construction of an Islamic complex on the territory of the Yuzhny city park was obtained with “ violations in the provision of a land plot, without an act of choice and a resolution on preliminary approval, which is a gross violation of the procedure for allocating land plots for construction established by the Land Code of the Russian Federation ".
About 60 people took part in the action.
