Two more participants in the riots on Manezhnaya Square were detained

March 23, 2011 in Moscow in the framework of a criminal case on mass riots on December 11, 2010 on Manezhnaya Square, employees law enforcement detained activists of the Other Russia party, 22-year-old Kirill Unchuk and 34-year-old Ruslan Khubaev.

They are suspected of committing crimes under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity), part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (calls for mass riots) and Part 2 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against a representative authorities), Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). They have not yet been charged.

Kirill Unchuk, a native of Tatarstan, was previously convicted under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to probation for an action at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in support of the Russian-speaking population of Latvia. Ruslan Khubaev, a native of Murmansk, was convicted under Part 2 of Art. 228 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (distribution of drugs).

Searches were carried out at the place of residence of the suspects, during which they seized objects and documents confirming the involvement of the detainees in the committed crimes.

Recall that in February 2011, was charged a 23-year-old participant in the riots on Manezhnaya Square to a citizen of Belarus, also a member of the "Other Russia" Igor Berezyuk.
