Neo-Nazi Fly's case goes to trial

On March 24, 2011, the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow was sent for consideration on the merits of the criminal case against Anton Mukhachev (Fly).

The indictment was approved under Part 1 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization extremist community) and hch. 3, 4 Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud).

Recall that A. Mukhachev created the Northern Brotherhood group. He also created website of the "Northern Brotherhood" - www.nordrus.org with a forum www.forum.nordrus.org. IN October 2007 Mukhachev and other community leaders decided to create an Internet project "Big game. Break the system". The game was structured similarly to computer games: actions became more complicated from step to step: from simple graffiti drawing stencilled to threats of physical harm to specific people, publishing recipes for explosives and distributing videos of simulated murders of people of "non-Slavic appearance". A. Mukhachev together with other leaders of the Security Council took part in the creation of the site www.rusigra.org, on which the conditions of this game were placed.

The criminal case was investigated by the Investigation Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
