The Moscow Regional Court recognized the association "Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus'" as extremist

On April 5, 2011, the Moscow Regional Court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region on the ban on the activities of an interregional public association  "Spiritual-tribal Power of Rus'".

The case was received by the Moscow Regional Court on April 23, 2010. The reason for the start of the trial was the campaign letters, which "Spiritual and tribal Derzhava Rus” sent out to various government departments. According to the conclusions experts, the letters were aimed at inciting national and religious strife.

The organization and its activists have repeatedly become defendants various criminal and civil cases.
