Pskov: criminal case for posting video materials on the VKontakte network

On April 8, 2011, the UPC RF for the Pskov region announced the initiation of criminal case under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

According to investigators, a 27-year-old resident of Pskov posted on his page in social network "VKontakte" video materials included in the Federal List extremist materials.

This fact was revealed by the staff of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Pskov region. Sources
