Anti-Semitic graffiti in Rybinsk
On April 12, 2011, the chairman of the Jewish community of the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, announced the appearance of graffiti, anti-Semitic inscriptions and the slogan "White power" on the walls of residential buildings.
