In April 2011, the Kamyshinsky City Court of the Volgograd region considered a criminal case on inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the dock was a 47-year-old local resident, who was accused of publishing on one of the Internet sites of xenophobic commentary.
The man fully admitted his guilt and provided the court with a written an apology he posted on the same website.
In connection with active repentance, the court decided on termination of the criminal case.
