In Perm, the court closed the case of citing Hitler

On April 14, 2011, the Magistrate's Court of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District of Perm terminated the administrative case under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials) against Roman Khoseev.

Recall that Khoseev was accused of publishing several quotes from Hitler's Mein Kampf on the Teron.ru forum in April 2005, placing links to the publication of the book on the net. The quotes were given in the context of a conversation about US actions in Iraq: Khoseev compared Bush to Hitler and he needed quotes to reinforce his thoughts.

We believe that the case against Khoseev was wrongfully initiated, since the publication of links to prohibited materials and their citation should not be considered as their distribution. Sources
