Nazi skinheads convicted in Bryansk

On April 14, 2011, the Bryansk Regional Court delivered a verdict in a criminal case against seven Nazi skinheads, members of a local right-wing radical group associated with the Resistance group (R. Zentsova), who committed a racist attack on two men from a “non-Slavic” appearance." As a result of the attack, a resident of Khabarovsk Ruben Oglyska died from the wounds received.

Kirill S. (born in 1992) and Anton Ch. (born in 1993) were convicted according to p.p. "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by a group of persons on the motive national hatred). Sergey Girlin (born in 1989), Evgeny Girlin (born in 1991) - after p. "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings motivated by national hatred), part 5 of Art. 33, part 3 of Art. 30 h. 1 tbsp. 228 UK Russian Federation (complicity in attempted illegal acquisition, storage, transportation without the purpose of selling drugs). Sergei A. - according to clause b, part 2, article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The court sentenced Anton Ch. to 9 years in prison to be served in a colony general regime, Kirill S. to 6 years and 6 months in prison with a serving in general regime colonies. S. Girlin was sentenced to 1 year 9 months, E. Girlin to 1 year 1 month conditionally with a trial period of 2 years. Rest the defendants were sentenced to 150 hours of compulsory labor. However, in connection with expiration of the statute of limitations for criminal liability crimes of minor gravity, they are released from serving the sentence.
