In St. Petersburg, members of the Jehovah's Witnesses community were stabbed

Vladimir Mukhametshin, who lived at house 26 on Khasanskaya street, having called, entered the apartment, and struck numerous blows with an ax and a knife to two women (mother and daughter).

A few days before the attack, a man posted ads in the entrance: "Witches live here", referring to the religious affiliation of the affected women.

Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg in against V. Mukhamedshin, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons).

The women were hospitalized in the Alexander Hospital.
