The criminal case against the leader of the "Russian Club" was dropped

On May 3, 2011 in Vladivostok, due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, criminal case against the leader of the "Russian Club" Sergei Karnaukh (born 1969). S. Karnaukh was accused under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred or enmity) because of his speech at the Russian March on November 4, 2008.

Recall that the case was initiated by the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Primorsky Krai in August 2009. Sources
