On May 16, 2011, the SO for the city of Murmansk, the Investigative Committee of the RF Investigative Committee for the Murmansk Region, reported on the initiation of a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity). The reason for initiating the case was the discovery in 2010 on the territory of several military installations in ZATO Severomorsk leaflets of the "Old Russian Inglistic Church of the Orthodox Old Believers-Ynglists. Printing house, where, apparently, leaflets were produced, belonged to the military unit stationed in Murmansk.
Recall that in April 2011 in the Murmansk region a criminal case was initiated under part 3 of Art. 2 tbsp. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in an extremist community) in relation to Nikolai Markushkin, the customer for the manufacture of the above leaflets that distributed materials of the organization "Old Russian Ynglistic Church of the Orthodox Old Believers-Ynglings" ( prohibited in April 2004 by the Omsk regional court).
