Nizhnevartovsk: case under Art. 282 against "Adolf Hitler"

In May 2011 in Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) a criminal case was initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred).

A case has been opened against a young man under age, who registered on the social network "VKontakte" under the nickname "Adolf Hitler". Racist videos, texts and drawings were found on the user's page, currently submitted for examination.
