May 30, 2011 it became known that the Nizhny Novgorod SO of the Privolzhsky SU in transport Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under part 1 Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity on the basis of attitude to religion) in relation to a native of the Perm region, carrying religious literature. He was detained at the Shakhunya railway station Nizhny Novgorod region in January 2011.
In May, the Nizhny Novgorod transport prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit on the recognition of the "Book of the Mujahideen" seized from this citizen as extremist literature. Right-wing radicals claim that it is about the book of Shamil Basaea "The Book of MujahIida".
Later it became known the name of the detainee - Artur Nasibullin.
