Andrey Kutuzov again appealed the verdict

June 7, 2011 public activist Andrey Kutuzov, who has already been found guilty by two courts of public incitement to extremism (part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), filed a cassation complaint with the Tyumen regional court.

Recall that in March 2011 year, the world court of the Central Administrative District of Tyumen sentenced Kutuzov to 2 years of imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 3 years, and In May, the Central District Court of Tyumen upheld this verdict.

Kutuzov pleads not guilty and believes that his rights to fair trial were violated. We also do not consider this verdict is justified.
