Vladimir Yakunin filed a lawsuit against Mikhail Dvorkovich, who doubted his dignity to receive the Holy Fire

June 7, 2011 year it became known that Vladimir Yakunin, head of Russian Railways and the Andrey Foundation First-Called, sent a lawsuit to the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow for the protection of honor and dignity to the newspaper "Vzglyad" and the President of the Association of Entrepreneurs "New Case" to Mikhail Dvorkovich. Reason for the lawsuit was published in the newspaper "Vzglyad" publication from the blog of Mikhail Dvorkovich, in which the entrepreneur posted an appeal to Patriarch Kirill about the "unworthiness" of V. Yakunin.

In a note dated March 16, M. Dvorkovich said: " Vladimir Ivanovich Yakunin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the St. Andrew the All-Praised Apostle Foundation First-Called. Every year on Easter, he brings from Israel to Russia a piece of the Holy Fire. I am a believer, not well versed in institutional foundations of religion. Explain to me if a person has the right consciously rendered every possible assistance to swindlers and thieves, even touching blessed fire? Can he be a herald of something good, if his the same place as the people he covers?! ".

In the same post addressing the patriarch, he continued: " Your Holiness! I ask you to pay attention to whose hands you accept particle of the Holy Fire. This person annually has a direct impact on impoverishment of Russian citizens. He reports an increase in his company's net profit for federal budget subsidies and, at the same time, raises tariffs for Passenger Transportation. And on behalf of the President to ensure security citizens of the country in transport after a terrible terrorist attack, his company said that will do it again by raising the price of travel for citizens! According to my personal opinion, this person is not worthy of the right to even stand next to you! ".

V. Yakunin demands to recover compensation from the defendants in the amount of 200 thousand rubles. The lawsuit is scheduled to begin on July 5.
