In the Samara region a warning was issued for an anti-Putin leaflet

On June 7, 2011 the prosecutor's office of the city of Zhigulevsk, Samara region announced a warning about the inadmissibility of the implementation of extremist activities to the first secretary of the Zhiguli City Committee of the Communist Party Andrey Skomorokhov.

According to the prosecutor's office, during the verification of compliance with the requirements in Zhigulevsk legislation on combating extremist activity, it was found that on April 11, 2011, Skomorokhov ordered Polygraph LLC printing of leaflets "FOR OUR SOVIET HOMELAND!", the text of which was developed based on materials from the Internet. It is assumed that Skomorokhov planned distribute these leaflets among members of the Communist Party.

"According to the conclusions of linguists and psychologists, language   means offensive to representatives of the authorities, providing negative psychological impact on the reader, prompting action aggressive nature against government officials. In a leaflet activity of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin during his tenure as President of the Russian Federation is determined as illegal and destructive, "deliberately hostile" that also orients readers towards an aggressive and unlawful reaction ," the regional prosecutor's office reports.

The prosecutor of Zhigulevsk considered that the actions Skomorokhov fall under Art. 1 of the Federal Law "On countering extremist activity", according to which extremist activity is, among other things, a public knowingly false accusation of a person replacing public office of the Russian Federation, in the commission by him during the period performance of their official duties of the acts referred to in this article and being a crime.

Since the text of the leaflet itself is not available to us, we do not we can assess the legitimacy of the warning given to Skomorokhov. However, if the leaflet contains the usual accusation of Putin in the "collapse of the country", his should be regarded as a rhetorical device. The degree of truth of such approval cannot be set.
