June 15 2011 in the Perm Territory, suspects were detained in an attack on the homeless. They were six young people aged 17 to 22, five of which study in educational institutions and one works nurse in a medical facility.
Investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under paragraph "a" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder two or more persons).
By According to the investigation, on June 13, a group of young people using stones and shovels in the city Chusovoy (Perm Territory) beat up three homeless people - two men and a woman. According to the media, the attackers may have been part of a neo-Nazi group and the attack was motivated getting rid of the “inferior” in the struggle for the “purity of the race”. The hate motive is not included in the charges.
