The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation did not find any violations in the seizure of ROAC churches in the Suzdal region

June 17, 2011 Collegium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation refused to satisfy the petition for the transfer to the presidium of this court of judicial decisions taken by lower authorities on the claim of the Department of Property and land relations of the Vladimir region to the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC) about removal of temples. The Board did not see any violations in the decisions to withdraw temples of the Suzdal region restored by believers in favor of the territorial administration Federal Property Management Agency.
