The case against a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who compared deputies to Goebbels was dropped

June 27, 2011 it became known that that in Kirov a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of social hatred) in relation to the secretary of the Kirov regional committee The Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yaroslav Nemchaninov was closed.

Recall that Nemchaninov was accused of inciting hatred towards the group "deputies of the State Duma, except for the faction Communist Party". The reason was a leaflet, in which the State Duma deputies who voted for the statement "On the Katyn tragedy and its victims", were compared with Goebbels.
