Kursk region: case under Art. 282 against "Adolf Hitlera"

In July 2011, a criminal case was initiated in the Kursk region case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

The case was initiated against a person who registered with social network "VKontakte" under the nickname "Adolf Hitler".
