Fine for advertising rolls in Perm

July 13, 2011 17 The Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the position of the Perm OFAS Russia in the case against employees of the Perm enterprises "Autorolls", advertising services for the delivery of rolls and pizza.

Advertising placed on the wall TRC "Coliseum-Cinema", portrayed a black man and was accompanied by the text "Do you want black?" With a complaint to the FAS the commissioner for human rights in the Perm Territory, Tatyana Margolina, applied.

January 18, 2011 Perm OFAS Russia established the fact of violation of the requirements of Part 6 of Art. 5 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", not allowing " the use of swear words, obscene and offensive images, comparisons and expressions, including in relation to gender, race, nationalities ."

The entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility and fined 4,000 rubles.

The legitimacy of the decision and The decisions of the antimonopoly body were confirmed by the courts of two instances.
