The activities of the organization “Horda” are prohibited in Ufa

On July 26, 2011 it became known that on July 15 the Leninsky district the court of Ufa on the suit of the district prosecutor's office decided to ban the activities organization "Horde", which is a follower of the religious public organization "Ata Zholy" ("The Path (Road) of Ancestors").

Earlier, according to the results of the prosecutor's check, the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Bashkortostan filed against this organization criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation of a religious association, whose activities are associated with violence against citizens or other harm to their health). The investigation found that the leaders of the "Horde" preached cures for all diseases and illegally charged members organizations, influencing their consciousness with the help of psychotechnologies.
