A case was initiated in Sterlitamak under Art. 282

On July 7, 2011 in the city of Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan, criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

Case started against a 32-year-old local resident who is suspected of having helped his page on the Internet was engaged in propaganda of Nazi views and dissemination information aimed at inciting national hatred. Unfortunately that it was found on this page, not reported.

In the house the suspect was searched, mobile phones, 4 system blocks, modems, flash drives and other storage media. In addition, it was discovered Nazi symbols and books on the history of Nazism.
