The investigation into the case of the leader of the neo-Nazi group “Nord-East-88” has been completed in Moscow.

At the end of August 2011, Moscow completed investigation into the case of the 21-year-old leader of the neo-Nazi group "Nord-East-88" Denis Kuznetsov (Dima Sche).

The young man is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred). It is reported that D. Kuznetsov, experiencing a persistent national dislike for the peoples Central Asia and Transcaucasia, spread appeals among his acquaintances physical violence and causing death to these categories of persons.

Previously it was reported that D. Kuznetsov was charged under Part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code RF (organizations of the extremist community).

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The case has already been transferred to the Ostankino district Moscow court.

Recall that members of the group "Nord-East-88" are suspected of committing six attacks in April and May 2010 for citizens of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, including including in the attack on the natives of Tajikistan and Mongolia on Station "Stankolit" May 12. They are also suspected of committing the murder of a citizen of Uzbekistan (previously reported Tajikistan) May 5, 2010 in Moscow.

It is reported that D. Kuznetsov, being the leader of the group, did not take part in the attacks.
