An Orthodox church is being built instead of a school in the Moscow region

September 1, 2011 it became known about the construction on territory of the microdistrict "Grad Moskovsky" of the city Moscow Orthodox Church to the detriment of the construction of the school. Previously, the plan was construction of the school, and then changes were made to it. Now in plan the school is not listed, and a significant part of the territory allotted for it is now allocated for the construction of the Church of St. George the Victorious, which the original plan did not foresee at all. Residents consider building a school more important, but fear that officials will ignore their opinion.

September 13, 2011 it became known that the participants Public hearings in Moscow called for the construction of the temple. IN support for the construction was collected 3 thousand signatures.
