A sentence was passed in Murmansk for membership in the NBP

September 6, 2011 in Murmansk was juvenile sentenced to a local resident under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of extremist organizations).

Unfortunately, we do not have information what punishment was awarded to the political activist.

According to prosecutors, the defendant participated in prohibited activities for the extremism of the NBP. Supposed National Bolsheviks participated in actions within the framework of "Strategy 31" in defense of Article 31 Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Recall that we do not consider it legal ban on the National Bolshevik Party, as well as subsequent persecution of her real and alleged members only for being a member. Sources
