In September 2011 in Moscow, an investigation into the case of initiating a national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
On the bench the defendants will soon be 39-year-old Pyotr Samorodov, who is accused of that in early 2010 he posted on the Internet the book of Adolf Hitler "Mein Kampf" ("Main Kampf").
According to Ch. 3 art. 1 of the law "On counteracting extremist activity", works leaders of the National Socialist Workers' Party of Germany and the fascist Italy's parties are classified as extremist materials and therefore banned for publication and distribution.
The point is already transferred to the Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
Recall that in August in Cheboksary a case was also initiated on the publication of "Mein Kampf" on the Internet, and in April - a similar the case was referred to the court in Kurgan.
