More Scientology materials are banned in Tatarstan

How did it become known September 8, 2011, August 24, 2011 Naberezhnochelninsky The City Court found 13 Scientology materials extremist.

According to The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, posted on the site RuKazan.ru, prohibited the following materials:

1. Book "L. Ron Hubbard. Introduction to Scientology Ethics";

2. Book "Academy level II course Hubbard's Graduate auditor";

3. Collection of 23 CDs "Philadelphia Doctoral Course lectures";

4. Collection of 22 CDs "Factors Rapture and Rebirth being";

5. Collection of 28 CDs "L. Ron Hubbard. Lectures in Phoenix. The Liberation of the Human Spirit, Phoenix, Arizona, 1954;

6. Brochure "Factors of Admiration and the revival of beingness";

7. Booklet "Dianetic Seminar from the Works of L. Ron Hubbard";

8. Booklet "Full hat administrator of the internal flow of particles";

9. Booklet "Mini-hat in charge of the Purification" program;

10. Two booklets with lecture courses "Philadelphia doctoral course. Texts lectures and glossary";

11. Two booklets with lecture courses "Factors Rapture and Rebirth being";

12. Two booklets with texts "L. Ron Hubbard. Lectures in Phoenix. Liberation human spirit. Lecture texts, glossary and subject index";

13. Verdict: Scientology is a Religion booklet.

These materials in paper and electronic form were confiscated in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2007 year during the investigation of the murder of L.M. and L.R. Akhmetvaleev. In September 2010 by the department for the Zakamskaya zone of the CPE of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, they were transferred to the city prosecutor's office for a psychological-linguistic research.

September 30th 2010, the materials were sent for examination to Moscow to the Institute psychology of the Russian State University for the Humanities. June 28, 2011 according to the results of the psychological-linguistic investigation, the prosecutor's office of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny filed a lawsuit with the city court on the recognition of this literature as extremist.

24 August 2011, the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office, recognizing the submitted materials as extremist, and decided to send a copy court decisions to the Ministry of Justice for their inclusion in the federal list extremist materials.

According to representatives of the Church of Scientology, they became aware of this court decision from press reports, judicial the process took place in one day behind closed doors without an invitation interested parties. Ron Hubbard followers have already filed an appeal complaint against this decision of the court and warned the Ministry of Justice in writing that that the decision has been appealed, and therefore these materials should not be included in federal list prematurely.
