In September 2011 in Irkutsk a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (initiation of a national hate).
The case was initiated against a 20-year-old a local resident, who, according to the investigation, is the ex-girlfriend of a neo-Nazi Evgenia Panova (Boomer), the fifth criminal case against which is currently being considered in the Irkutsk Regional Court.
The girl is suspected of being from her computer sent threats and insults to representatives of national diasporas of the city, as well as in the creation of social network VKontakte of the neo-Nazi group, where she posted racist videos, among other things.
