In Novgorod, a criminal case about an attack by Nazi skinheads on anti-fascists was sent to court

On September 15, 2011 the prosecutor's office of the Novgorod region Veliky Novgorod announced that it had sent a criminal case against D. Machulsky, V. Doli, N. Savelyev, accused of the attack in May 2011 on a group of young people who were mistaken for anti-fascists.

Young people are charged under paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of beatings based on political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity, or motivated by hatred or hostility towards any social group). D. Machulsky is also charged under paragraph "b" part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional causing minor bodily harm motivated by hatred). Sources
