In September 2011, the world court of the Oktyabrsky district of the city Vladimir considered an administrative case under Article 20.28 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (organization activities of the public association, in respect of which the decision is valid on the suspension of its activities) against the head of the Russian National Union” (RONS) by Igor Artemov.
Recall that on May 30 this year, the Vladimir Regional Court recognized RONS as an extremist organization, and on September 6 the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation confirmed this decision.
The case against I. Artemov was initiated in connection with the publication on website of the organization of the video, in which he declared the court's decision unlawful and said that RONS would still continue its work.
The World Court found I. Artemov guilty and sentenced to a fine at 1500 rubles.
The decision has not yet entered into force.
