Orthodox believers of the Ivanovo region appeal to the patriarch

Commenting on this situation, the secretary of the diocesan administration abbot Vitaly (Utkin) emphasized that at the meeting of the disciplinary commission “ it turned out that this cleric of the Ivanovo-Voznesensk diocese was actively involved in political activities, including direct political campaigning, which is prohibited clergy by the internal institutions of the Church.
